I am so impressed with Specialty Appliance in the Denver Area. I have worked on 2 projects with them so far and will continue to bring my clients to the showroom. We have worked with Jonathan and I cant say enough amazing things about him. I have been a designer for new builds, remodels, kitchens remodels and baths for 8 years now. I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about appliance before. He is a joy to work with. I feel more than confidant when bringing my clients to Specialty appliance.

David in SA Outlet helped us secure an absolutely beautiful induction range, he was super helpful and made the process easy and clear! Update: just had delivery today, and can’t speak highly enough about the delivery team Bajro and Ezequiel! Our delivery was not the easiest - lots of stairs, frozen ground & snow, VERY tight corners and a beast of a range to move out. The team was scrappy and figured out a way to get it done; and was pleasant and professional the whole time! Highly recommend SA!

I gave 4 stars because Audrey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work and I would recommend her to anyone and easily work with her again! However many of the other staff members including the front desk lady were rude and very unhelpful. They made me feel unwelcome and acted as if I was a huge burden on them.

I purchased a floor model built-in. The rep pointed out some internal, cosmetic damage. In exchange for a discounted price, I was comfortable with the damage. On installation, however, it became clear the damage was significantly worse than had been apparent in (a somewhat dark) warehouse. Specialty Appliance set out to replace the damaged parts but after 2-3 weeks offered me a new unit instead. They replaced the unit. We had some confusion with one of the fridge's settings but they got that sorted out. All of my interactions with SA were pleasant. They communicated proactively and took full responsibility for the condition of the fridge. Special thanks to Gary Cook for getting this problem escalated and addressed.

We have had such a positive experience with Specialty Appliance. Everyone is professional from the sales staff to installers, even their parts department. Gary followed-up on my refrigerator part, unsolicited. Very impressed with their customer service!

Alex at Specialty Appliance has been excellent both recommending appliances as well as navigating the purchase and delivery/installation options. He has been available to answer questions either in person or over the phone whenever a detail comes up that we need some information. Very knowledgeable about each of the appliances they sell including the variations between models. We feel very comfortable about the appliances we chose with input from Alex.

We had a great experience all around. The service representative, Tyler, helped us get the refrigerator that matched our appliances and would fit in the kitchen. It was out of the box and a good price! The installer, Michael, and his crew did a fantastic job of setting the refrigerator up and taking out the old fridge. Thanks for your professionalism.

Specialty Appliance is excellent during all parts of the process. Mike Z. does an excellent job in helping to select the best appliances--incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Our recent installers, Carlos and Noah, were exceptional! They took great care of our home; they handled a complex installation ease; they were polite and friendly; and our appliance was installed perfectly. We are thankful for Specialty Appliance!
